For gas mass flow meter flow sensor and gas mass flow controller, the zero point adjustment is located above the air inlet,
the word ZERO is on the side of the controller (flow meter), and the regulator below the opening can be seen.
Please use a small "slotted" screwdriver to adjust. For the adjustment range, please refer to the value of the
zero-point transmission signal. Usually we recommend that the zero point be adjusted between -0.01~-0.03.
