The customer provided the following information:
Medium: odorizing
Pressure: 3.2-3.6MPa, hourly flow rate not less than 0.5L/H, room temperature
Pump head is made of stainless steel, and the motor is explosion-proof
Parameters of odorization device:
Natural gas flow rate 6293~21780Nm3/h
Dosing concentration: 20mg/Nm3
Odorization point operating pressure: 3.2~3.6MPA
Odorization point design pressure: 4.0Mpa
Odorization tank volume 60L
After analysis by our technicians, the technicians gave the following feedback:
Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps cannot produce such high pressures, and conventionally they are within 8 kg
