Selection of oily sewage pump
Today a customer asked how to select a suitable pump for oily sewage and which pump is more suitable for his current working conditions.
He provided the following detailed information:
1. Medium name: oily sewage (can be considered as water)
2. Medium viscosity: 20℃ 1.01✖10-3 Pa.s
3. Medium temperature: <50℃
4. Is there a negative pressure at the inlet: No
5. Outlet: can be considered as normal pressure
7. Pump working flow: 0-1000ml/min
8. Whether insulation is required: No
9. Pump body material requirements: acid and alkali resistant, preferably 316L stainless steel
10. Whether there are particles in the medium: There may be trace impurities in the medium, mainly organic matter or tar (you can consider installing a filter before the pump)
11. Continuous feeding is required, and pulse type is not considered
