      For customers needing to transfer rice slurry (rice flour mixed with water, viscosity 500 million, flow rate 1L/min, head 1.5m, room temperature), the CYB5-3Y rotary pump recommended by our technicians basically meets the core parameters.
      However, further optimization of speed matching, confirmation of viscosity units, and attention to the suitability of sealing type and materials are needed. The specific analysis is as follows:
       
      I. Core Parameter Matching Analysis
       
      Flow Rate Matching
      Customer Requirement: 1L/min (i.e., 0.06m³/h)
      Recommended Pump: CYB5-3Y, with a flow rate of 0.06m³/h, is a perfect match, ensuring stable delivery.
       
      Pressure and Head Matching
      Customer Head Requirement: 1.5m (corresponding to approximately 0.015MPa pressure)
      Recommended Pump: Discharge pressure 0.6MPa, far exceeding the requirement, with sufficient safety margin, but it needs to be confirmed whether viscosity affects the actual pressure requirement.
       
      Speed ​​Matching
       
      Recommended Pump Type: 75 rpm
       
      Key Issue: Viscosity 500 million (confirm unit is centipoise cP or millipascals mPa·s). If it's 50000 cP (50 Pa·s), it's a high-viscosity medium, usually requiring a lower speed (e.g., 50-150 rpm) to avoid cavitation and wear. 75 rpm is reasonable,
      but the pump type's adaptability to high viscosity needs verification.

      Recommendation: High-viscosity media tend to accumulate at the seal, leading to leakage or wear. Wear-resistant mechanical seals (e.g., silicon carbide/tungsten carbide materials) are recommended, or consider double-end mechanical seals to enhance reliability.

      Advantages: Variable frequency speed control can flexibly adapt to flow fluctuations, but it needs to be confirmed whether the motor power needs to be further increased due to high-viscosity media (high viscosity will lead to increased power demand).
       
      III. Potential Risks and Optimization Suggestions
       
      Viscosity Unit Confirmation
       
      If the customer's viscosity unit is 50000 mPa·s (i.e., 50 Pa·s), it is considered extremely high viscosity. It needs to be confirmed whether the pump type supports this type of media (e.g., a single screw pump or a high-viscosity rotor pump may be more suitable).
       
      Suggestion: Request the customer to provide the viscosity unit, or verify the pump's actual performance at 50000 cP through experiments.
       
      Speed ​​and Wear Balance
      High-viscosity media require low speeds to reduce shear force and wear, but excessively low speeds may affect flow stability.
       
      Suggestion: If 75 rpm causes flow fluctuations, it can be fine-tuned to a range of 50-100 rpm using the frequency converter.
       
      Pipeline Design Optimization
      High-viscosity media have poor flowability. It is necessary to ensure that the pipe diameter is sufficient (DN40 or above recommended) to reduce resistance and avoid sharp bends or excessive valves.
