      In industrial production, material transport is like the human circulatory system, allowing no room for error. When faced with pumping water and magnesium hydroxide slurry, and with specific requirements for interfaces and flow rates, selecting the right pump becomes crucial. The QBY3-50QTFF pneumatic diaphragm pump is a powerful tool tailored for such needs.
       
      Precise Fit, Worry-Free Installation
      This selection required a 50mm interface, and the QBY3-50QTFF's inlet and outlet diameters are DN50, perfectly matching the requirements. This precise match makes connecting the pump to existing piping systems easy and convenient, requiring no complex modifications, greatly saving installation time and costs, and enabling rapid deployment in production, setting a good precedent for efficient operation.
       
      Superior Materials, Resistant to Corrosion
      Water and magnesium hydroxide slurry have certain corrosive and abrasive properties, posing a significant challenge to the pump's materials. The pump's flow-through components are made of ductile iron, which is stronger, tougher, and more wear-resistant than ordinary cast iron. This effectively resists media erosion and corrosion, extending service life and reducing the hassle and cost of equipment replacement.
       
      The diaphragm is the core of the pneumatic diaphragm pump. It uses Teflon and employs a three-stage structure. Teflon has excellent chemical stability, resisting corrosion from various acids, alkalis, and salts, preventing media from eroding the diaphragm and ensuring normal pump operation. The three-stage structure enhances diaphragm strength and sealing, allowing the pump to operate stably for extended periods. The valve ball and seat are made of PTFE, which has good chemical stability and is self-lubricating, reducing friction and wear, ensuring valve sealing, more precise control of media flow, reducing leakage, and improving work efficiency.
       
      Ample flow rate for easy handling. Regarding flow rate, the requirement is a maximum of 50 gallons per minute (US), approximately 11.36 cubic meters per hour, while the QBY3-50QTFF has a maximum flow rate of 22 cubic meters per hour. This not only easily meets current needs but also provides ample margin. Even with short-term flow fluctuations or future flow increases during production, it can operate stably, making production more flexible and scalable.
       
      Flexible Suction and Head Capacity
      This pump has a maximum suction lift of 5 meters and a maximum head of 84 meters, adapting to various working conditions. Whether pumping slurry from a low point to a high point or transporting it over long distances, it can adjust its operating state according to actual conditions, ensuring accurate delivery of the medium to the designated location and providing strong support for production.
       
      Enhanced Performance with a Pneumatic Three-Stage Unit
      To improve pump performance and service life, a dedicated pneumatic three-stage unit is recommended. It consists of an air filter, a pressure reducing valve, and an oil mist lubricator, which filters impurities in compressed air, stabilizes pressure, lubricates pneumatic components, reduces malfunctions, and makes the pump operate more efficiently, stably, and reliably.
