      Ⅰ. Application
      This instrument can use in the site that is with explosive mixture, used for measuring the copper and copper alloy, common carbon steel and other non-corrosive of crystals, non-solidification of medium’s pressure (negative pressure). Can use together with the relevant explosion-proof property electric element via contact device. It has a variety of function to measured medium pressure, such as automatic control, alarm, signal remote etc.
      Note: Suitable for measuring the medium: nitric acid, acetic acid and some of organic acid, inorganic acid or other alkali’s gas, liquid or steam’s pressure or vacuum that does not have corrosive effect on 1C18Ni9Ti Measuring the corrosive medium, crystallization and coagulability medium, should use acid proof, corrosion proof or diaphragm explosion proof electric contact pressure gauge.

      Ⅲ. Structure and Working Principle
       
      1. This pressure gauge shell uses flame-proof structure, when the shell internal explosive mixtures affected by sparks or electric arc, when the explosion occurred, do not cause external explosive mixture explode, so as to achieve the goal of explosion-proof.

      Instrument working principle: when the medium get into the spring tube, make its produce displacement, enlarge through the drive mechanism, pointer will be indicate the measured pressure value in the dial. At the same time the pointer drive electric contact device’s movable contact, when the pressure reaches index value, movable contact contacts set pointer’s contact terminal, and processing circuit.
