Ⅰ. Application
This instrument can use in the site that is with explosive mixture, used for measuring the copper and copper alloy, common carbon steel and other non-corrosive of crystals, non-solidification of medium’s pressure (negative pressure). Can use together with the relevant explosion-proof property electric element via contact device.
 Note: this kind of pressure gauge has shock-proof, medium pulsation and impulse load characters. The instrument displays clear, stable, signal switching reliable.
The pressure gauge is suitable for liquid, gas medium pressure that has no corrosive effect on brass or copper alloy, except for indicator function, it also has upper and lower two adjustable signal controls.
The pressure gauge use non-contact electric contact, the set point uses photoelectric sensor, consists non-contact signal switching device. Via control circuit, output high and low level signal, so it is high sensitive, fast response, high control precision, without delay, jumping phenomenon. When work in low voltage, usually the contact device submerged in liquid, the contact attached oil film, increased contact resistance, so that contact cannot work effectively, when current is large, the ablation is serious. Using photoelectric non-contact signal switching, no arc, no contact erosion phenomenon, to achieve long service life and good switching characteristics. The pressure gauge output high and low level direct current signal, suitable for 24 v dc voltage of computer users.
Note: Measuring the corrosive medium, crystallization and coagulation medium, should use acid proof, antiseptic or diaphragm explosion-proof pressure gauge; Measure tiny pressure (5 Kpa ~ 60 Kpa), should use diaphragm capsule  explosion-proof pressure gauge; Measure of vibration occasions use magnetic assist type explosion-proof pressure gauge or use digital explosion-proof pressure gauge.

  Ⅲ. Structure and Working Principle
1. This pressure gauge shell uses flame-proof structure, when the shell internal explosive mixtures affected by sparks or electric arc, when the explosion occurred, do not cause external explosive mixture explode, so as to achieve the goal of explosion-proof.
2. Instrument is consists by bourdon pressure gauge and an electric connect device.
Instrument working principle: when the medium get into the spring tube, make its produce displacement, enlarge through the drive mechanism, pointer will be indicate the measured pressure value in the dial. At the same time the pointer drive electric contact device’s movable contact, when the pressure reaches index value, movable contact contacts set pointer’s contact terminal, and processing circuit.
