1. Working condition analysis:

 

Medium: diesel, (compressor inlet pipe)

Viscosity: Lubricity, similar to engine oil, thinner

Flow rate: 23ml/min (requires flow stability, flow monitoring)

Temperature: 30 degrees

Pressure: don't ask

The digital display needs to be connected to 0-10V, and the flow rate should be stable at 23ml/min required by the customer

Installed at the front end of the compressor oil supply, the stable dosage is 23ml/min each time

 

What happens if you don't:

For the lubrication of air-conditioning compressors, large compressors need continuous and accurate lubrication. If the lubrication is not in place, it will affect the life of the compressor.
If a flow meter is installed, when the lubrication flow is abnormal, it can alarm and deal with it in time.
