Aviation lubricant precision flow meter

 

Today I would like to share with you the on-site situation of a customer using our M5.1, M5.2 precision micro ovalgear flow meter for aviation lubricants on a comprehensive flow test bench:

 

Comprehensive flow test bench, No. 3 aviation lubricating oil enters from the inlet and is detected using a mass flow meter. The oil outlet is detected using a gear flow meter (800ml/m) M5.1.
The flow out of the nozzle flows into the lower drip tray and needs to be detected. For oil retained by gravity between 50-400ml/m, use M5.2 to detect the flow rate in the straight pipe section below,
with an accuracy within 1%.
