Overview of customer needs:

 

Medium: post-combustion gas, whose bulk density is 1.1-1.2 times that of air.

 

Range: 10slm (under zero pressure pneumatic conditions).

 

Pressure requirement: 1MPa.

 

Temperature requirement: 200℃ or 160℃.

 

Tube diameter connector: 6mm ferrule type.

 

Communication signal: RS485.

 

Analog signal output: 4-20mA (default).

 

Power supply: 24VDC.

 

Display function: required.

 

Accuracy requirement: 1%fs.
 

Application background:
 

The customer plans to burn oil, clothes, wood chips and various daily necessities in the experimental chamber, and then extract and analyze the gas produced by the combustion.
Since the type of combustion material is uncertain, the composition of the gas produced after combustion cannot be predicted. It is recommended to calculate it according
to 1.1~1.2 times the bulk density of air.
