we received a request from a customer:

I am looking for 01 pc of new gear flow meter for Hot Melt Adhesive (to check flowrate/usage of Hot glue (Melt Adhesive) for labeling milk box). This is new apply,
If you can, pls offer more suitable model/type/brand with full option (Display, output, cable connection…)


 

Customer provides the following parameters

Medium: Hot Melt Adhesive

Viscosity: 500~1000cps

Flow range:0.01~4L/min

Pressure: 10~20bar

Temperature: 220℃

Output signal: 4~20mA

According to the parameters provided by the customer, I recommend our self-produced micro oval gear flow meter G0.2-SS to customer.

Customers measure hot melt adhesives, the temperature is high and the flow ranges are small, so they need to use our high-temperature optical fiber flow meter.

The customer requires an output of 4~20mA, so the matching DS8S digital display meter.
